Our activities include the production of pallets, sheet metal products, crates and storage units .
These products are essential for the dust, moisture and damage-free transportation of automotive, electronics, petrochemical and food products . We also offer all kinds of wooden packaging and storage products .
The wood is processed at our site in Polgár . Here you will find our beam saw, cross-cut saw, splitting and processing machines , as well as a modern, digitally controlled heat treatment unit with a capacity of 100 m³.
Our company also offers a custom-developed crate system , which consists of plywood and galvanized metal elements . The system can be ordered in a sheet-mounted, modular design , with or without a pallet, always in the desired size . Thanks to its unique design , it provides reliable protection for the transported products even when used repeatedly .
Production takes place on an area of 1,800 m² , and our 600 m2 warehouses ensure the professional storage of raw materials and finished products.
Our company currently employs 13 people on an 8,300 m² site , where dozens of machines are working in a high-capacity machine park equipped with NC and CNC control capable of adapting to the needs of both mass production and custom manufacturing.
Our site has all the conditions to operate as a modern, well-equipped wood manufacturing plant that meets the expectations of the third millennium .
We effectively utilize our many years of professional experience – and will continue to do so in the future.
We are able to produce up to 300 different product types in parallel per day. We have the capacity to process approximately 14,000 m³ of raw materials per year. We recycle 80% of our production waste.
